Complaints and return of goods
The most important thing for us is your satisfaction. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. So we recommend that you do not be afraid to shop with us, because if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can simply send them back to us.
Important! If you suspect that the goods have been damaged during transport, please contact us within 2 days of their delivery, to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org attaching pictures of both the package and the damaged product. From that moment on, we will take care of everything.
PROCEDURE IN CASE OF RETURN OF GOODS
The order did not meet expectations? Or do you want to return only part of the order? All you have to do is initiate a return procedure by sending us an email to email@example.com in which you mention your name, the order number (automatically generated by email when registering the order on the site) , the reason for returning the order and a bank account accompanied by the name of its holder. Thank you!
As soon as the goods arrive back to us, we will refund the amount paid to your account. Please note that the amount is returned to you only when the package is received in our warehouse.
